Federico Visi: 'Co-improvising with the Non-human'

Berlin-based researcher and musician Federico Visi is coming to visit Sussex for a research residency in September. His project 'Co-improvising with the Non-human' explores how non-human group intelligence and self-organisation can inform the design of multi-agent systems for musical co-improvisation.
The project is based around on his custom-made string feedback instrument 'The Sophtar'.
Federico will present his research, share reports on activities from his residency, and perform with the Sophtar, including improvisation with Chris Kiefer playing Xiasri.
