A Menopause Café is a safe, confidential space to share stories and talk about all things menopause and perimenopause with friendly colleagues.
It’s open to all — whether you’re experiencing symptoms, curious to learn, or supporting someone else. Come for an informal chat over a cuppa and take what you need from the conversation.

This space is hosted by Angelina Janus, Vicky McDonald & Jo Francis, all colleagues at the University who have been trained as Menopause Advocates.
