We aim to:
- provide clear guidance on application requirements and processes
- review complete applications in a timely and consistent manner
- communicate clearly where additional information is required
- process post-offer updates and documentation efficiently
- issue CAS once all academic and compliance conditions are met
- provide accessible contact points for queries and escalation
- communicate proactively during peak periods where timelines may be extended.
- What we ask of our partners
We expect our partners to:
- understand Sussex’s academic offerings, entry requirements and processes
- ensure applications are complete and accurate at submission
- verify documentation to the best of their ability
- support students in meeting offer conditions promptly
- stay up to date with UK visa requirements
- engage with Sussex training and updates
- share marketing materials with Sussex for approval where required
- support students through to enrolment.
