Services Marketing (N1572)
15 credits, Level 5
Spring teaching
The UK, as well as much of the world economy, is dominated by services. It's almost a certainty that you will be earning your living – directly or indirectly – creating and delivering services.
This module will equip you with the knowledge of the main services marketing related theories and concepts and with critical understanding of how these theories apply in practice. You'll learn what's involved in delivering quality service and good customer experiences and how to become a better, more aware service manager and customer.
We regularly review our modules to incorporate student feedback, staff expertise, as well as the latest research and teaching methodology. We’re planning to run these modules in the academic year 2026/27. However, there may be changes to these modules in response to feedback, staff availability, student demand or updates to our curriculum.
We’ll make sure to let you know of any material changes to modules at the earliest opportunity.
