Mature students information evening

Join us for an evening specifically for mature students, to provide information, advice and guidance on the transition into Higher Education.

Wednesday 13 March, 5.30pm to 7.30pm

We are hosting an evening specifically for mature students, to give you the support you need to move into Higher Education study.

The evening will include information around:

  • student finance
  • support available a mature students studying at University
  • student life insight from one of our current mature students at Sussex University.

Mature students are defined as any student aged 21 or over at the start of their studies.

Students with parental responsibilities are welcome to bring their children along to the event, where we will have a space for children to engage in activities with our DBS-checked student ambassadors or join our presentations.

Traveling to Sussex

If you are travelling by car, we cannot provide on-campus parking or reimbursement for petrol.

We provide tickets for rail travel via email and will send them to you using the email address registered. We can only provide train tickets within a 3-hour journey time to Falmer (for example from Portsmouth / London / Canterbury). If you would like to check if we can cover the full cost of your ticket then please contact us at accessprogramme@sussex.ac.uk.

Bus tickets will be posted to the address provided. We can only provide bus tickets for the Brighton and Hove area.
