Active Arches is a workout and wellness space next door to the Student Centre. Purpose-built for small group personal training and gentle fitness, it’s the perfect place to begin your health journey or reconnect with your body and mind. The space includes:
- yoga and wellness studio in a calm, informal setting
- small group PT sessions for a personalised experience
- low-impact and stretch-focused equipment ideal for new starters or recovery
- Active US sessions for beginners, social fitness and confidence-building.
