Small Group Training with Ben
As part of Learning at Work Week, take part in this small, instructor-led class—perfect for anyone looking to learn more about weightlifting and increase the intensity of their workouts.
With a maximum of five participants, you’ll receive focused guidance in a safe and supportive environment. The session will cover the four key lifting movements: upper body push and pull, and lower body squat and deadlift.
