Wellbeing in Times of Change: A Creative Collage Workshop
Wednesday 20 May 13:00 until 15:00
University of Sussex Campus : Gallery 2, Bramber House, Conference Center
Speaker: Organisational Development
Part of the series: Learning at Work Week
Navigating change can feel unsettling, but it can also open the door to reflection, resilience, and new possibilities. This supportive and creative workshop offers a gentle space to pause, reconnect, and explore your wellbeing through the power of collage. Using simple materials and guided prompts, you’ll be invited to reflect on your experiences, express your thoughts and feelings visually, and create a personal collage that captures what matters most to you right now. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and be curious. Ideal for anyone experiencing transition or uncertainty, this session encourages self-expression, connection, and a renewed sense of clarity and calm.
