Part of the series: Learning at Work Week
Led by the Efficiency and Effectiveness Team, during this interactive session participants work in a small Lego production line, experiencing its problems and applying Lean practices to overcome them. Participants will learn about systems thinking, push vs. pull systems, waste and more. They will leave with a taster of how Lean can help them find efficiencies in their day-to-day work.
