As we approach the year’s Learning at Work Week (w/c 18th May), join Robin Banerjee (Pro-Vice-Chancellor Global and Civic Engagement) in conversation with colleagues from across the University, including Kate O'Riordan (Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education and Students), Anthony Groves (User Experience Senior Manager) and Dan Axson (Learning Technologies Manager).

Together, they’ll explore the many ways staff can learn and develop at Sussex — from building skills through training and accreditations, to mentoring and coaching, and taking on new challenges in your role.

The discussion will reflect on what lifelong learning looks like in practice, and how it can help you grow, adapt and thrive at every stage of your career. This is a chance to hear honest perspectives, discover opportunities currently available to you, and leave with practical ideas to support your own development journey
