GDPR Policy: CORTH’s online events

If you register for a CORTH event we will collect your name and email address. These will only be used to contact you about the event.

As Zoom are a third party using, storing and sharing the data (i.e. recordings) with organisers, please also see their privacy policy: https://zoom.us/privacy

We generally will be recording primarily for the purposes of note taking and for our CORTH records which will not be distributed publicly.

When we record the event for, either internal only or external use, this will always be stated in the event registration email and at the start of every session.

In the instance that we decide to use the recording for public circulation then we will ask for consent from the attendees beforehand.
