Below you can find the schedule for the panel sessions and activities across the three days of the conference.

Day one: Monday 30 March 2026

8.30am – Refreshments
9am-12pm – Postgraduate panel session
12pm-1pm – Lunch
1pm-2.30pm – Welcome and Plenary panel session
2.45pm-4.15pm – Panel session 1
4.15pm-4.45pm – Refreshments
4.45pm-6.15pm – Panel session 2
7.30pm - Informal reception at the Brighton Palace Pier

Travel advice

You can travel from the campus to Brighton’s main railway station by train from Falmer station – services run approximately every 10 minutes. Palace Pier is a walk of around 20 minutes from the station. Alternatively, you can catch a bus from outside Falmer train station to Old Steine and then walk for around five minutes. You can also use this journey planner.

Day two: Tuesday 31 March 2026

9am-10.30am – Panel session 3
10.30am-11am – Refreshments
11am-12.30pm – Panel session 4
11am-12.30pm – Poster presentations and judging
12.30pm-2pm – Lunch
1pm-2pm – AGM
2pm-3.30pm – Panel session 5
3.30pm-4pm – Refreshments
4pm-5.30pm – Panel session 6
7pm – Formal dinner at The Grand (arrival at 7pm for a 7.30pm start)
