Winter can be tough on our energy, mood and motivation — which is why now’s a great time to put your wellbeing first.
Our Wellbeing Centre on Reward Gateway is packed with easy-to-use resources to support you through the colder months (and all year round), whatever “wellbeing” looks like for you.
What you’ll find:
- Mind & mindfulness – quick reads and videos on stress, sleep and resilience
- Physical wellbeing – fitness tips and healthy habits to keep you moving
- Financial wellbeing – tools and guidance to help you feel more in control of your money
- Food & nutrition – recipes and ideas to fuel your body and boost energy
Whether you’ve got two minutes or twenty, you can dip in whenever it suits you — read an article, watch a video, try a recipe or use a practical tool.
How to Access
- Log in or register on the Reward Gateway platform
- Click on the Wellbeing Centre tab at the top of the page
- Explore what’s available and take what works for you
