Terms and conditions

• The photo competition will close at 12pm (midday) on Wednesday 8th August 2018, after which the Echo Dot and Robot Dog prizes will be given to randomly selected winners.
• Submissions that do not include the hashtag #spotthebot and the handle @sussexuni will not be included in the competition.
• By posting your Tweet or Instagram post, you are agreeing - if you win - to being contacted by the competition organisers who will notify the prize winners. Your name and contact details will be shared with the competition organiser.
• The prize will need to be collected from campus and details will be given to the prize winner. No cash alternatives will be offered.
• Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the University's control. The University reserves the right to vary or amend the competition and prizes.
