Spring teaching
Gain an introduction to the main concepts behind databases and learn how to develop an application that uses a database.
You'll learn:
- relational data analysis and database design
- how to manipulate a contemporary database tool to meet user requirements
- how to connect to a database server.
You'll also gain experience using a structured query language to extract and manipulate data.
We regularly review our modules to incorporate student feedback, staff expertise, as well as the latest research and teaching methodology. We’re planning to run these modules in the academic year 2026/27. However, there may be changes to these modules in response to feedback, staff availability, student demand or updates to our curriculum.
