Autumn and spring teaching
On this module, you’ll focus on the principles and rules governing agreements between parties. You’ll explore key concepts that may include:
- contract formation
- consideration
- breach
- remedies.
Through case studies and legal principles, you’ll gain an understanding of how contracts are created and enforced, preparing you to navigate and address contractual issues in professional practice.
We regularly review our modules to incorporate student feedback, staff expertise, as well as the latest research and teaching methodology. We’re planning to run these modules in the academic year 2026/27. However, there may be changes to these modules in response to feedback, staff availability, student demand or updates to our curriculum.
