Spring teaching
This module aims to provide you with an understanding of object-oriented programme design and hands-on experience of designing, writing, testing and documenting object-oriented programs.
Topics covered on the module will include:
- software models using OO and UML
- designing classes to solve a simple programming problem
- data structures and the algorithms needed to manipulate them
- stakeholders and requirements in software development
- managing the software development process.
We regularly review our modules to incorporate student feedback, staff expertise, as well as the latest research and teaching methodology. We’re planning to run these modules in the academic year 2026/27. However, there may be changes to these modules in response to feedback, staff availability, student demand or updates to our curriculum.
