Managing Projects and Technologies for Business Students (N1503)
15 credits, Level 5
Autumn teaching
On this module, you'll study project management as a concept, practice, skill, and key management resource for achieving organisational strategy and driving change.
Project management is a crucial tool for graduates, managers, and leaders across multiple sectors to achieve a wide range of organisational goals. You'll focus on planning and implementing projects that impact organisations, their strategic goals, and their operations through business technologies.
You’ll also gain core knowledge of business technologies, which are common in most graduate roles, and develop the confidence and skills to learn about new technologies as you encounter them in your career.
We regularly review our modules to incorporate student feedback, staff expertise, as well as the latest research and teaching methodology. We’re planning to run these modules in the academic year 2026/27. However, there may be changes to these modules in response to feedback, staff availability, student demand or updates to our curriculum.
We’ll make sure to let you know of any material changes to modules at the earliest opportunity.
