- learn to communicate and advise your clients on how to resolve their disputes
- explore the key features of litigation, negotiation, mediation and arbitration, and how they can be used to resolve disputes in a variety of areas of law and life (including but not limited to commercial, civil and family)
- identify and apply relevant civil procedure rules and practice directions that dictate the procedure for civil litigation
- strengthen your negotiation and legal writing skills.
We regularly review our modules to incorporate student feedback, staff expertise, as well as the latest research and teaching methodology. We’re planning to run these modules in the academic year 2024/25. However, there may be changes to these modules in response to feedback, staff availability, student demand or updates to our curriculum.
We’ll make sure to let you know of any material changes to modules at the earliest opportunity.
