De-Stress Before Exams at the Active Arches
Join us for a series of special classes designed to help you recharge and stay grounded in the run-up to exams.
No previous experience is needed, and every class is just £2!
- Monday: Start the week strong and recharge with our Weights Class.

Wednesday: Let revision stress melt away to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls in our weekly Sound Bath session.

Throughout the Week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday): Keep yourself centred with Gentle Yoga.
