Through My Window

We know that, all over the world, families have been living life somewhat differently due to the impact of COVID-19. Many families have been in lockdown, unable to leave home at all - or just in limited ways. We’re also aware that arts and crafts have been a common way for many children and young people to express themselves during this period - or to simply have some fun.

Window imageHere at CIRCY, we are inviting children and young people up to the age of 18 to take part in a community arts project to make a piece of visual art work on the theme "Through my Window’, take a photograph of it and send it to us.

We will select as many pictures as possible to be displayed in an online art gallery. This will be a public space that you, your family and friends can look at and where you can admire your artwork and that of others.

We will also publish some of these pictures in our Annual Report (produced in August 2020), and within this website.

If we select and publish your picture in our Annual Report, we will contact you personally to let you know!

If you take a look at last year’s report, you will see some of the pictures sent to us before on the theme of nature and the environment.

Please take part! Feel free to draw, paint, make a collage, or find some other way of making an image on this theme.

The closing date is Tuesday 30 June, 2020.

NOTE: We won’t be able to include your picture in our arts project without your consent, so please make sure that you read and complete all the different sections of the form below. If you are under the age of 16, we ask that you also provide consent from your parent or guardian.
