Sign up for the British Association for Cognitive Neuroscience Annual Conference and an optional evening social.

Conference registration

The conference registration fee includes access to all sessions, lunch and refreshments. 

Delegates can also attend an evening social in Brighton, for an additional £35 fee, on Wednesday 2 September. This includes a buffet dinner, music and dancing.

Registration rates

There are three categories of registration rates: 

  • early bird
  • standard
  • day rate.

Early bird registration covers both days of the conference and closes on 24 July 2026.

Standard rates apply from 25 July 2026. 

If you’re only attending one of the days, you can choose a day rate. 

There are four types of registration rates: 

  • BACN member
  • non-member
  • student/retired BACN member
  • student/retired non-member.

Discounted rates are available for BACN members. You can sign up to be a BACN member by completing this form. 

Student status covers current undergraduate, Masters and PhD students.

Evening social
