Biography

Prior to moving into full-time academia, I worked for 14 years within customer service, sales and marketing and business development in different industries in India and UK. I want to blend my work experience and academic knowledge to make a real difference - not only to others - but also in my understanding of humans at work and beyond.

My time is spent between reading, writing, cooking, being with family and friends, travelling (even if that means discovering a new street in Covent Garden after visiting it 100 times already or discovering a big city miles and miles away). I give priority to follow my passions, give back to society and my people in whatever way I can.

• Currently pursuing my third year of PhD at Sussex University
• MRes in Business and Management with Merit. Kingston University, United Kingdom (2018)
• MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology with a Distinction. The MSc course is accredited by the BPS, ABP and CMI. Kingston University, United Kingdom (2016)
