The University has a group of staff who operate as Mental Health First Aiders. Mental Health First Aiders are trained to listen non-judgementally, provide support and reassurance and signpost to appropriate professional services.
Our Mental Health First Aiders have very kindly offered to support staff during the collective consultation process, within the parameters of their role. You can see a list of MHFAs and what their role is on the Staff Hub.
Other sources of support for staff at this time and beyond are available on the Staff Wellbeing Hub.
