The Sussex Law School has a well-stocked law library consisting of a wide range of books, journals and other materials essential for successful study. In addition to materials in the library itself, Law also subscribes to the three leading law databases (Lawtel, LexisNexis and Westlaw) which make available to students, whether on or off campus, a vast range of resources. Most academic law journals are also made available in electronic form and more recently we have begun to purchase e-books. To support our students in making best use of the materials available to them we provide a range of training in research skills. We are also fortunate to be provided with a specially trained support student, funded by the providers of Lawtel and Westlaw.
