Lewes STEM Festival 2026 – Celebrating 10 years

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Lewes STEM Festival, which returns to Lewes Town Hall this November for a day of hands-on science, technology, engineering and maths.
Over the past decade, the festival has brought researchers, universities, local organisations and the community together to share science in an accessible and engaging way. More than 1,500 people joined us last year alone.
For our 10th anniversary, there will once again be a wide range of interactive exhibits, activities and demonstrations, with plenty for families and children to get involved with. Visitors can try activities, see science in action, meet researchers and students, and find out more about research taking place across Sussex and beyond.
For GCSE and A-level students, the festival is also an opportunity to speak directly with university students and researchers, learn more about studying STEM subjects and explore future study and career options.
