Sussex AI Community of Practice - 2026/27
Please join us for the December 2026 Teaching and Learning with AI Community of Practice. The focus will be on effective adaptations to coursework assessments, in particular high weighted written submissions, to mitigate the impacts of generative AI.
The CoP is an in-person event, taking place on Monday 7th December 2.00-4.00pm at The University of Sussex Library Teaching Space.
Please come along to:
- Find out about, and give feedback on, what is being planned at Sussex in relation to AI and education
- Hear lightning talks from colleagues on how they have adapted their substantive essay, project or dissertation assessments for an AI world**
- Workshop your current or planned assessment design with colleagues
