This session is hosted by the University and delivered by our Occupational Health provider, Heales Medical. We will focus on understanding Occupational Health (OH) and its role in supporting our employees at work.
This workshop introduces Occupational Health and its role in supporting employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness. It covers the key information a manager will need to make a referral, the typical adjustments and advice OH may provide, and how this guidance can be interpreted and applied in practice to support individuals consistently and effectively.
This session will cover:
• What Occupational Health is and its role in supporting the workplace
• Key information required for the referral
• Typical adjustments and advice provided by OH
• How OH advice might be interpreted & applied in the workplace
This session is open to all staff, we are hosting a manager specific session on 9th July 2026, 11:30-12:30pm.
