Changing the way you login to Reward Gateway for staff discounts

To help keep your Reward Gateway account secure, multi‑factor authentication (MFA) will be introduced to Sussex's discount platform on Tuesday 31 March. This extra layer of protection ensures your account stays safe, even if your password is compromised.
When prompted to set up multi-factor authentication, you will be able to choose one of two options to verify your identity: using an authenticator app (e.g. Okta), or receiving a code by text message.
If you are registered with an account, you’ll already have received an automated email about the changes, followed by a reminder the day before. These emails will include a simple, step‑by‑step guide to help you set up MFA.
