How the scheme works

With salary sacrifice, your fixed monthly payment is taken before tax and National Insurance, helping you save money compared to traditional car ownership. You can choose from new or pre-loved ultra-low emission vehicles via the Tusker portal, with all running costs bundled into one simple monthly payment.

Are you eligible?

Permanent employees with over three months’ service can join the scheme. Applications may be declined if the monthly cost would bring your pay below the National Minimum Wage. Refer to the Reward webpages for full eligibility requirements.
