Parking update: Pay As You Go admin fee refunds

As previously announced, the £30 administration fee for the Pay As You Go staff parking permit has been removed. All colleagues who paid this fee will receive a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund processing has now started and may take up to 10 working days to complete.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment card used at the time of purchase.
