Sussex Uni Food is supporting students through the assessment period by giving away free Purple Berry breakfast bowls to help keep them energised, focused and ready to take on the day.

Whether they're heading to an exam or settling in for a full day of revision in the Library, a nutritious breakfast can make all the difference.

Build a breakfast bowl

The student breakfast will be fully customisable. They can build their perfect bowl with a choice of delicious toppings, including fresh fruit, seeds, peanut butter and more.

Date: Monday 5 to Friday 16 January 2026 (or until stocks run out!)
Time: 8am to 11am
Where: Eat Central

There are 1,000 free breakfasts available to students - they simply need to bring their Sussex Student ID to redeem their bowl.
