This rise highlights the Business School’s expanding influence in shaping future leaders and advancing knowledge in sustainability, strategy, and innovation.

Alongside this achievement, the School has retained a commendable position among other key disciplines:

• Business Administration – ranked among the world’s top 50 (47th globally) and 11th in the UK

• Economics – joint 11th in the UK

• Finance – joint 17th in the UK

The Shanghai GRAS rankings evaluate universities worldwide across 57 subject disciplines, using measures such as World Class Faculty, World Class Output, Research Impact, and International Collaboration. More than 2,000 universities across 100 countries and regions are included in the annual assessment.
