If you are heading out for Halloween, take a moment to plan for a safe (and still amazing) night.
If you want to chat more about looking after yourself and your friends this Halloween, head to Falmer House on Wednesday 29th October. Change, Grow, Live will be there to talk, share tips, and answer your questions.
Think everyone’s going wild on nights out? Think again.
We flipped the classic “Never Have I Ever” to get real about what Sussex students are actually doing when it comes to drinking - and the results might surprise you.
Here’s what we found: 68.5% of students chose not to drink on a night out Around 90% respected a friend’s drinking boundaries 65.6% set a personal drinking limit before heading out
It turns out, way more Sussex students are making smart, mindful choices than you’d think.
And that’s not all - students are finding plenty of ways to pace themselves and stay in control: 79.2% decided to have water between drinks Around 81% made sure to line their stomach before drinking 1 in 4 students kept tabs on their units throughout the night
What does that mean for you?
You’re not alone in choosing what’s right for your body, your night, and your health.
This Halloween, make it about fun, friends, and feeling good!
