UK-Ireland Digital Humanities Association success

Congratulations to Sussex Digital Humanities Lab (SHL Digital) joint-director Dr Sharon Webb who has been elected to join the governing collective of the UK-Ireland Digital Association following an open call earlier this year. The term of office will be three years.
The UK-Ireland Digital Humanities Association brings together researchers, practitioners and organisations from both countries to build a collaborative vision for the field, with a focus on issues such as sustainability, inclusivity, training, advocacy and career progression. This vision for the field builds on long-standing partnerships, research, and Centres of Excellence to further development and innovation in Digital Humanities.
Sharon’s appointment recognises and celebrates SHL Digital’s work and its international presence in the field of Digital Humanities.
