Join us on Wednesday 14 May for the next round of Student Takeovers, where Sussex Uni Food will be serving Venezuelan Arepas for just £2 in Eat Central!
This delicious special comes from a recipe shared by two Venezuelan Sussex students, Valentina Eleizalde Klisans and Alfredo Felix. They generously taught Chef Mike how to make arepas, a staple of Venezuelan cuisine - and now we’re bringing them to campus for everyone to enjoy.
