Dr Kimberley Brayson and Dr Charlotte Skeet joined an expert panel discussion at a film preview of RBG on Thursday 13th December 2018 . The preview was screened at Duke’s at Komedia Picturehouse Cinema, Brighton ahead of official release. This new documentary focuses on the unique personal journey of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg and is directed by Betsy West and Julie Cohen, and co-produced by Storyville Films and CNN Films.
The event was hosted by Ruth Wainwright, an economist and feminist activist who previously specialised in competition law matters and is setting up The Feminist Bookshop, a bookshop, cafe and community event space in Central Brighton. Kimberley and Charlotte were joined on the panel by Abha Pandya, Barrister at 1 Crown Office Row and Natasha Isaac, pupil at 1 Crown Office Row and trustee of JOFA (the Jewish Orthodox Feminist Alliance).
