Dr Hannah Mason-Bish has been on BBC Radio Kent discussing sexual harrassment and physical assaults on young girls and women. During the discussion Dr Mason-Bish puts forward the view that men must be responsible for their own behaviours towards women and that 'women are often on alert'. 

Dr Mason-Bish says that current hate crime laws could allow for this to be categorised as a hate crime under current legislation.
