These positions will run for the minimum of a term and up to the duration of one year (and will be subject to renewal). They are available to applicants who wish to undertake a course of teaching in the School. These Fellowships will include use of the library, email, stationery and limited postal facilities. Depending on individual requirement and available School resources, they may also include access to office space and PC. Visiting Fellowships in this category will not incur a bench fee.
Decisions on these appointments will rest with the Director of Taught Programmes and the Head of School. As part of the application for these positions, candidates will need to identify teaching that they may undertake within the School and provide two references as to their teaching history and ability.
What are the fees associated with LPS School Visiting Lectureships?
These Fellowships require no fees for successful applicants.
What happens after an appointment has been offered?
Once the appointment has been approved by the Director of Taught Programmes and the Head of School, the following steps will take place:
- Successful applicants will be appointed a sponsor
- The form will then be forwarded to Human Resources
- Human Resources will issue a letter of appointment
- Where appropriate, the School Finance Manager will invoice for the bench fee in accordance with instructions received from the School.
