Biography
BEng, MSc, PhD, FIMechE, CEng, MSAE
Dr Peng graduated from Tianjin University with a BEng in 1986 and an MSc in 1993, both in Mechanical Engineering. He received his PhD from the National Engine Combustion Lab (China) in Advanced Engine Combustion in 1996.
From 1998, he worked as a research fellow at Brunel University supported by EPSRC. In 2003, he moved to Ford Motor Company where he was a senior development engineer. He was appointed as Lecturer in Automotive Systems by the University of Sussex in 2004 and got his current appointment in 2007.
He has held visiting appointments at Beihang University and Tianjin University.
