We are dedicated to enabling our staff to achieve their best through development opportunities. We provide a range of workshops, online learning and resources designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

Our work leads on University-wide initiatives, such as transformative leadership and management programmes and championing equality and diversity.

New Professional Services appraisal scheme - June 2020

Please find below links to the new appraisal scheme for Professional Services.  Following on from last year's pilot and feedback from staff, we have refined the form, added a process flow chart and improved guidance to give staff and managers greater clarity about how to complete the form.

New Wellbeing e-learning for staff

All staff can now enrol upon the new online Wellbeing modules for staff - a comprehensive package covering a range of topics on mental wellbeing.

Just login to LearnUpon and go to Catalogue. There are five modules:

1. Mental health in the workplace

2. Mental wellbeing and resilience

3. Supporting others

4. The law and wellbeing conversations

5. Managing your own self-care and wellbeing

These interactive modules offer information and various tools to support both employees and staff managers.
