About Irene
Irene is an Executive Coach specialising in leadership and culture. Irene has been a board member at Goldsmiths, University of London, and has worked at national level on inclusion in the housing and health sectors and in large global law firms.
Irene Adeyinka is an Executive Coach and Strategic Advisor on Leadership and Culture.
Irene works with organisations, boards and senior executives on leadership, culture and career development in practical and accessible ways.
Ten years ago, Irene founded The Lost Graduate Group. This supports early and mid-career professionals, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, to bridge the gap between education and employment through practical workshops and coaching focused on career success.
Irene has served as a Non-Executive Director at Goldsmiths, University of London.
Irene brings experience in organisational change and inclusion across higher education, housing, health, Tech and large global law firms. Irene has worked at national level in the housing and health sectors.
Irene is a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Governance and Inclusion in the UK, sits on the steering group of the Natural Environment Agency and contributes to Legal Women magazine.
Irene writes the leadership series 'Lead How You Want to Be Led'. Irene has facilitated CEO and board-level roundtables, coached senior leadership teams and spoken at national conferences including Women on Boards and Universities UK. This work helps people communicate their value, develop their careers intentionally and lead with awareness in changing times.
