A flavour of living with us...

Sussex is a global University, and from September 2012, residents from over 150 countries are living with US. You are likely to meet people from all over the world - it's one of the experiences that will hopefully help to make your time in our residences enjoyable. When you apply for housing, you will be able to indicate if you would like to live in a flat with all females, mature students or in a quiet area and we will do our best to help you, although we cannot guarantee in view of demand. We do not need to ask if you would like to live in an international area, because our residences include those from the UK and all over the world.
When you accept our housing offer on-line, you will be accepting the terms and conditions of your tenancy agreement, which means that you agree to pay the rent for the duration of your tenancy. You can read more in our FAQ. Your tenancy terms and conditions will be provided to you with your housing offer for your consideration before you accept, and a copy is published here.
