Welcome - new applicants:

We will welcome 5,000 students into our growing portfolio of residences in September 2014. The deadline to apply for housing for those guaratneed housing is 1 August 2014 and our Admissions Team will commence emailing the link to the on-line housing application from March.

Existing students housing availability update:

Limited number of rooms available off-campus, bills included, tenancy agreement.
No Guarantor, no deposit: rent applied to your Sussex Direct account.
- single, in the city: £105.50 per week.
- single, seafront Kings Road residences: £115 per week.
- single, en-suite facilities, Northfield residences, £137.41 per week.

PierSummer Accommodation:

We will have a number of rooms available over the summer in our accommodation for both students and non-students.

Information on prices and rooms will be available when we open for bookings in early May, and you will be able to apply for a room from this website using our online form.
