Save As to Save your work

With deadlines falling, follow one simple rule to avoid catastrophe when working from email attachments:

if you open a document from an email, choose save as and give your file a permanent home (such as Documents) before you start making changes.

If not, your file is likely to be stored in a temporary location: see our FAQ for more information.

Find a computer to use on the campus.

Check your recent print jobs and account history or login to Sussex Direct to credit your printing account.

Internet

Connect to the internet using wi-fi (eduroam) or cable connections in residences and other locations.

You can also check your network account including details of computers you have registered to use the Sussex networks.
