Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), delivered via the Spectrum.Life platform, is your go-to resource for free, confidential support — available to you and your immediate family 24/7.

Whether you need a listening ear, expert advice, or practical health support, the EAP includes a wide range of services:
- 24/7 counselling and emotional support
- Virtual GP appointments – now available to all employees
- Online physiotherapy
- Nutrition advice and healthy living tools
- Children’s mental health support
- Legal and financial guidance
- Work, relationship, and addiction support
- Fitness plans, wellbeing podcasts, guided meditation & more
All services are delivered by qualified professionals and are completely confidential.
New with Spark: Even more support
From 1st July 2025, the EAP includes enhanced wellbeing services through Spark, available through the Spectrum.Life app or website. New features include:
- Cancer Risk Assessments (in partnership with Perci Health)
- Connect Plus – monitor and manage health conditions like diabetes or long COVID
- Unified wellbeing access – all services in one app
- Support for menopause and heart health
Who can use the EAP?
The programme is open to:
- All employees
- Your partner, spouse or civil partner
- Children under 18 (or under 21 if in full-time education)
How to access the EAP & Spark Services
You can access everything via:
- The Spectrum.Life app (available on iOS and Android)
- The web platform at landg.spectrum.life
- You can phone the confidential helpline: 0800 316 9337
- Request an appointment via WhatsApp and SMS: text Hi to +07418 360 046 (Calls may be recorded and monitored)
