Investing in our campus

We are investing in making our campus better through a programme of campus development. From transformative big builds to refurbishments across our existing estate, we are ensuring our iconic campus has the space and technology to help our students reach their potential.

Our exciting new West Slope development is the most significant build underway, with construction now taking place on campus. Whilst residents living on campus will be aware of our campus development work, for the vast majority it will not have any significant impact. However, some accommodation rooms will be impacted to a greater extent due to their proximity to construction works. If your room is assessed to be significantly impacted, you will be advised in advance and will be offered a rent rebate.

To see the location of our construction zone, view our campus map. More information about the expected impact on each residence is detailed on our accommodation pages and the Student Hub.

Campus life

Nestled in the stunning South Downs National Park, our beautiful single-site campus exudes a unique combination of tranquillity and energy.
