Background
Leonardo Garcia-Garcia is a Research fellow in the Flexible Electronics Laboratory at the University of Sussex.
Leonardo holds a BEng in robotical engineering and a MsC in Mechanical engineering from National Polytechnique Institute in Mexico.He received his PhD degree from the University of Manchester, working on the characterisation of smart materials for development of smart fabrics to be used in orthopaedic treatments.
His research is focused on the use of emerging technologies for the fabrication of medical devices used in orthopaedic treatments, including image acquisition methods.
