- Use FedEx for sending dry-ice parcels to the USA and other parcels worldwide. FedEx is an International shipments courier.
- Either go online or telephone the courier to book in your shipment following the details above. You must always complete an airway bill when sending a shipment, whether you booked online or by telephone.
- All FedEx consignments are paid for using the Centre credit card.
- Always send a Commercial invoice (original + 2 copies) with your shipment when sending to the USA and other International destinations. The address label and the commercial invoice you will be able to print off when you book online.
- Dry ice parcels require a miscellaneous Hazard Diamond No. 9 sticker and Carbon Dioxide Solid labels (these can be found in the FedEx file).
- Enter the details of the shipment in the joint Import/Export section in the FedEx file kept in the Admin Office.
- Place your shipment in Reception ready for collection.
