The biggest challenges facing society today are multidimensional in nature and will increasingly need to be tackled by interdisciplinary teams. This will be achieved by increased dialogue between disciplinary experts and, where appropriate, engaging with experts from outside Sussex in mutually beneficial partnerships.
Our experiences of working across disciplinary boundaries places us in an ideal position to address modern-day research challenges and embrace new forms of collaborative working.
